  • User-Submitted Content: Startup ideas, tasks, notes, and other content you create within the app

  • Subscription Status: Information about your subscription plan and billing status

  • RevenueCat: Subscription management and billing
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery
  • Apple: In-app purchases and account services

These services may process limited user data necessary to provide functionality. Each service maintains its own privacy policy and security practices.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is securely stored using modern cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. Servers may be located in the United States. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

Data Retention

We retain user data only as long as necessary to provide the service or comply with legal obligations. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your data except where retention is required for billing records or legal compliance.

Account Deletion

Users can delete their account at any time by navigating to their profile settings in the ThinkTwice app and selecting “Delete Account.” Deleting an account permanently removes associated user data except where retention is required for billing or legal obligations.

Subscriptions

Subscription purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchases. Apple processes payment information according to their privacy policy. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID account settings.

Children's Privacy

ThinkTwice is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the app. Continued use of ThinkTwice after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
