Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ThinkTwice (“the Service,” “the App,” or “ThinkTwice”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

ThinkTwice is a platform designed to help users evaluate startup ideas and generate structured execution roadmaps. The Service uses AI-powered analysis to assess market signals, competition, and monetization potential, and provides actionable task recommendations to guide users from idea to launch.

User Accounts

Users may create accounts to access certain features of ThinkTwice. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

User Content

You retain ownership of all ideas, notes, tasks, and other content you submit to ThinkTwice (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant ThinkTwice a limited license to process this content solely to provide application functionality, including AI analysis and roadmap generation. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

Subscriptions

Certain features of ThinkTwice may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchases and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Attempting to access the Service through unauthorized means
  • Interfering with other users' access to the Service
  • Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
  • Submitting malicious content or spam

No Professional Advice

ThinkTwice provides informational tools only and does not provide financial, legal, or business advice. The AI-generated analysis, validation scores, and recommendations are intended to assist your decision-making process, not replace professional judgment. Always consult qualified professionals for important business decisions.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app settings.

Limitation of Liability

ThinkTwice is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThinkTwice and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable U.S. law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the app. Continued use of ThinkTwice after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
